Tim Gardner President/CEO
A graduate from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. Tim was a scholar athlete and excelled in sports at SMU, lettering in both Football and Track. As the winner of the “Wild Mustang Award,” presented by the SMU football coaching staff, Tim exhibited exceptional leadership qualities. Having served as the president of the FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) chapter at SMU for two years, Tim was able to use those leadership skills to share his faith with others. After college, he served four years as the Southwest Director of Greater Dallas schools for FCA. In 2004, Tim launched Integrity Marketing Associates with his wife and college sweet heart Monicia. He and his wife now run the thriving company and an athletic based foundation, the Elements of a Champion Foundation, in which they teach college and high school student athletes the elements which define true leaders.

Monicia Gardner, VP/COO
A graduate from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. Monicia was a scholar athlete, graduating with a BA in Psychology and later perusing an MBA in Marketing. She was a captain on the SMU 1999 & 2000 Western Athletic Conference Women’s Basketball championship teams. During her time at SMU, Monicia lead her team in defensive steals (ranking 5th all time), while her team advanced to the coveted NCAA national tournament three of her four years there. As the COO of IMA, Monicia provides sound business operations leadership and challenges the staff to exceed expectations daily. She and Tim are the proud parents of three lovely children and remain very active in the community, developing leaders through their Elements of a Champion foundation.

Chris Sanders, Director of Corporate Sales
A graduate of University of Tennessee Chattanooga- Chattanooga, Tennessee and finished with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree in 2000. After setting multiple college passing records in Football, Chris went on to play in the NFL as a quarterback for the Tennessee Titans and Atlanta Falcons. Chris ended is football career as quarterback in the Arena Football League, with the Dallas Desperados in 2008. Prior to coming to IMA, Chris gained notable experience in sales as a top corporate sales representative for the Orlando Predators football club and Kansas City Brigade football team (both Arena League football teams). As the IMA Director of Corporate Sales, Chris connects the company with corporate agendas as they relate to the world of sports & entertainment.

Nigel Robinson, Director of Public Relations
One of the newest members to the IMA leadership team. Nigel is a graduate of Trinity University in San Antonio, TX. Nigel was a scholar athlete, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in International Business, alongside lettering in football and track. He honed his leadership skills as he served as Co-President for three years with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, actively sharing his faith and cultivating relationships. As the Director of Public Relations for IMA, Nigel is responsible for managing talent and interacting with all outside parties in excellence.

Philip Moore, Creative Director
Philip is the newest member of the group. He brings a keen sense of understanding of branding and creative influence. Philip studied Mass Communications at Texas Tech in Lubbock, Texas. He has worked for several ad shops across Texas including owning his own advertising agency. Philip has created print campaigns, digital, broadcast and direct marketing for Nokia Latin America, InTouch Credit Union, SBC, Dell, DPSG, ZTE and many others. His vast portfolio of work allows him to be versatile and open minded about developing creative for future clients all while delivering effective work.
